Top Sales Awards include Top 10 in my office (#2 in sales) top 50 in a 3000+ agent company (NRS-Block Brothers) and Medallion Club for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (Top 10% of the Industry). I have recently received Top 4% Internationally Coldwell Banker.
With my education, I received my Agent’s license early in my career and thus began my interest in the field for not just residential real estate, but commercial real estate as well. I am the Vice-President of our Real Estate Auction Division as well as the Commercial Division of Coldwell Banker.
In all my years in Real Estate I have taken the direct approach to selling. I have found the truth works much better than any other sales technique taught to me. My clients appreciate my candor and straight forward approach and this has offered me a long career in repeat and referral clients. This is how I came upon the phrase “Your Friend in the Business.”
